How long does it take?
When an order is placed before 3pm CST it will generally be processed the same day. If you place an order after 3pm, on the weekend or a holiday it will be processed the following business day. Once an order has been processed it will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping methods will depend on the size and weight of your order and will be presented to you at time of checkout. FedEx is the most common option. USPS Priority Mail is available for some small orders and oversized parts will be shipped via LTL freight truck. Please keep in mind when selecting 2Day and Next Day shipping options that your part(s) will still need to be ordered from the manufacturer in some cases. There will usually be a 1 to 2 day turnaround time for that process. Next Day and 2Day shipping methods indicate transit times after the order has been picked up by the carrier and do not include order processing or production times. If you’d like to know if a part is in stock locally or when it will ship please contact us before placing your order. If you are in immediate need of a part, please contact us prior to placing the order to check availability and get an ETA.
If an item isn’t immediately available from the manufacturer it will be back ordered for you. More information about order processing times can be found below.
OEM Toyota, Scion and TRD Parts:
Common “fast-moving” parts are usually stocked in our warehouse and ship the same or next business day. Other parts will be sourced from our regional Parts Distribution Center (PDC) and will ship within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.
In some cases less common, rare and “slow-moving” parts will sometimes need to be sourced from a secondary PDC. In these cases your order status will be marked “Back Ordered”. These parts generally arrive to us anywhere from 5 to 14 business days after placing an order and will ship to you the same day we receive them from Toyota. In the event of a national back order (no parts available from Toyota nationwide) we will keep information updated as we receive it from Toyota. All orders will be processed and shipped in the same order they are received.
On rare occasions a part that is listed in our catalog may be discontinued. If you place an order for a discontinued part you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible, your order will be cancelled and all charges related to the discontinued item will be refunded.
Most aftermarket parts are stocked in our warehouse or one of our distributors’ warehouses. In stock aftermarket parts generally ship within 1 to 2 business days. In some cases an item will be drop shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or a supplier’s warehouse. This doesn’t usually affect transit times and you will still receive tracking information as soon as it’s available. Back order ETA’s for aftermarket parts vary by manufacturer. We will usually contact you to give you an ETA for any back ordered part but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you haven’t received a follow up e-mail within 3 days of placing your order.
ETA’s listed in your order status on our website indicate when the part(s) will arrive to our facility for shipping. Time in transit and delivery dates will depend on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Any available tracking numbers will be posted after the order has shipped though and you will be able to get an estimated delivery time from the carrier.
All orders valued at $100 or more will be shipped signature required! Please be available to sign for your package or contact the carrier directly to make arrangements to pick up the shipment from their facility. We will remove the "signature required" option at your request if you add it to the order comments during checkout. Please be aware that asking us to ship your order without the "signature required" option means the carrier is authorized to leave your package without anyone to accept delivery. We can not be responsible for any lost packages and will not be able to file a claim on your behalf with any carriers if you request that we ship your order without the "signature required" option.
You have the option to cancel any order or back ordered part and get a refund before the part has shipped. Please contact us if you’d like to do this.
What if my item is lost or damaged during transport?
Any damaged packages MUST be claimed in the presence of the delivery driver at the time of delivery. We pay for insurance on the full value of your order when shipping and can assist with filing damage claims but once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transport. Even if there are no signs of damage to the packaging, please open and inspect your part(s) at the time of delivery. Any damage claims will be ineligible after the date of delivery.
In the event of receiving a damaged item, please notify the carrier's representative or contact us by e-mail and send pictures of the damage to email@example.com immediately! Place your items in the same box and packaging in which you received it. FedEx (or other freight carrier) will want to pick it up for inspection after a claim has been filed. Do not attempt to repair or install a part that arrived damaged. If you do, any damage claims will be ineligible.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is available on select parts. Any OEM Toyota, Scion or TRD parts can not be shipped outside the continental US or Alaska due to Toyota's US Parts Sales Policy. If you would like any non-Toyota, Scion or TRD parts please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with information regarding what you'd like to order and your shipping address. We will respond with a shipping quote as soon as possible.
Shipping Price Miscalculations:
Shipping quotes are pulled from carriers based on the size/weight specs for the items in your cart. These specs are pulled from Toyota's database and in some cases can be incorrect. This most commonly occurs with large collision parts, items that should be shipped by freight truck and parts for older vehicles. Oversized, sheet metal and collision parts that must be shipped via freight carrier do not qualify for any shipping discounts or free standard shipping promotions. When discrepancies in shipping prices happen we will contact you and your order will be placed on hold pending your approval of any additional freight charges.
Carrier Signature Option:
A signature/adult signature is automatically added to ANY orders over $100 per FedEX & USPS. This is to protect higher value items from theft or damage due to being left alone at any residence. You may request to have this option waived when placing your order or before it ships. You can notify us by email, phone, or the notes section when you place an order. **Please be aware that if the signature is waived. We will not be responsible for any theft or damage that may result from being left unattended**
