**When this form is filled out, you do NOT require an RGA or RMA number to send the parts back. The form is sent to us electronically once it is filled out.**


We at TRD Shop take pride in our work and we hold your satisfaction above all else! In turn, we also have to protect the integrity of our business and our brand. Please be sure you want the items you're ordering before placing your order. If you are unsure of anything or have any questions regarding the order, part availability or anything else please contact us before placing an order. We'll respond to you as soon as possible with any answers available.

Of course, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise or you might just change your mind and need to return something. No problem! Please read the following for information regarding returns:


What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund unless otherwise specified below. We are not responsible for part number errors on any OEM replacement part orders that are submitted without a VIN. If you are placing an order for an OEM replacement part, please include your VIN if you'd like us to confirm the part number accuracy and fitment on your specific vehicle! In the event that a return is necessary due to our error (wrong part recommended, part doesn't match VIN submitted, part received doesn't match part ordered) we will cover all return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs to get the correct part to you. In any other case the buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. 

Simply return your item in the original, unopened package with a copy of your invoice to the address below. We'll process the return and refund after the item arrives to us. Refunds generally takes 24-48 hours for us to process. Any further delays will depend on your bank but most banks have the refund back into your account within a few days. Items MUST be returned in new, unopened condition. Any returned items that have been opened, installed, damaged, modified or used in any way will not be eligible for a refund and we will not be able to ship them back to you at our expense. Electrical items are not eligible for return. If you have an issue with any electrical item please contact us and we'll respond to you as soon as possible. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any eligible returns after 30 days and will require prior authorization from TRD Shop. Please see the list of parts ineligible for return below.


What parts are ineligible for return?

The following parts are not eligible for return and credit will not be issued:

  • Discontinued parts
  • Electrical parts
  • Parts that have been opened, installed, used, prepped, painted or modified in any way
  • Parts returned with missing, damaged or altered packaging
  • Parts returned with missing, damaged or altered part number label
  • Parts that are missing hardware, any additional items or otherwise incomplete
  • Apparel (Shirts, hats, etc)
  • Parts and their boxes must be returned the way they were sent to you:
    • Boxes and parts can NOT be written on
    • Part labels MUST NOT be covered or marked through
    • Toyota does not accept returns for parts or their containers if they are in this condition
    • USPS will often try to cover the original manufacturer labels. If they do this, your return will not be accepted


What if I decide to cancel my order after it has been processed but before it has shipped? 

You can cancel any order before it has shipped for a full refund (including shipping charges) less any associated restocking fees for "special orders" if applicable.


What are the Restocking Fees for Special Orders?

Any special orders over $100 are subject to a restocking fee. "Special Orders" are ones that contain any items that are ordered from the manufacturer or distributor and will be shipped to you in 1-2 business days (barring any unforeseen events). When the status of your order changes to "ON ORDER" it indicates that an order has been placed with the associated manufacturer or distributor and qualifies as a "special order". Common, fast-moving parts are generally in stock and not considered special order. Rare, slow-moving, low volume and hard-to-find parts (usually parts for vehicles more than 10 years old) are sometimes not stocked locally and in some cases will be considered "special order". If you'd like to know if the part you need is in stock or considered a "special order" please contact us before placing your order.

  • Any special orders of $100 to $999.99 are subject to a 20% restocking fee (non-negotiable).
  • Any special orders of $1,000 or more are subject to a 30% restocking fee (non-negotiable).

Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping. No exceptions.

Any arrangements apart from those listed above, will be made at the sole discretion of TRD Shop management.

Use this online parts return form to notify us of a return. Be sure to fill out all the sections of the form to help expedite your return when we receive it. If at all possible, please be sure to include a copy of your receipt when you return your item(s).

Emails and/or phone calls are the only valid forms of communication for relaying order information. Social media outlets are not considered a valid form of communication in regards to any order information. Social media outlets can include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and discussion forums.
